CitizenGroove Inc (Cleveland, OH) is a SaaS platform designed to streamline media application processes. Our system allows applicants to upload high-volumes of video to organizations that require video screening. School administrators can use our platform to screen a wider pool of international talent and ultimate recruit more efficiency. We are in the process of developing the second version of this platform, which has some exciting applications in a number of tangential markets. 

We are seeking a senior level software engineer who has extensive test engineering experience. This is a management level position. We will expect you to co-pilot our development efforts working one-on-one with our CTO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small, agile team, providing technical leadership. As a result of our accelerated growth, our development has suffered in two major ways. First, it has been difficult to test features and bug fixes extensively before each release. Second, there are too many tasks for our CTO to keep track of without sacrificing his lead developer role. We're looking for a candidate who will help fix these problems and work directly with the CTO and CEO to grow the company. This position is located in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities: • CRUCIAL! Write fully automated tests that encompass a very large set of option permutations and a flash-based file upload system • Help take ownership of our agile development process and work with the CTO to manage a remote team of contract developers • Assure engineering projects are completed on time and within budget. • Work directly with our CEO to ensure the product meets or exceeds our client's standards • Work directly with our CTO on release planning and breaking down high level requests into executable tasks Qualifications: • Python • Django • Flash Tests • Unit Tests • Client Tests • Browser Tests (Ex. Selenium) • Linux (Ubuntu) • Experience designing fully automated tests for complex web applications • Experience as an agile project manager, specifically card based task management with little dependence on time-boxes Nice to Have: • Experience working for a startup, web company, and/or remote development team • Amazon AWS: EC2, S3
