This position is for a Senior Technology Manager with advanced .NET, E-Commerce platform, Web-to-Print, WCF / Web Services, OOP and SQL Server, Solution Architect, Communication AND Delivery skills. You will work with, and report directly to the CTO � filling the role as his right-hand person.

Responsibilities • Quickly get up to speed on the overall flozio application architecture. • Be willing to travel to India for extended stays to work directly with our flozio India development team. • Maintain a Jackie Chan-like enforcement of flozio's insanely important focus on user-experience • Work with development teams to define, document, analyze, and perform tests for products, systems, components, or modifications using Lean Programming, Test Driven Development and Agile concepts • Able to work on WCF technologies, architect, design and develop WCF based solutions and SOA based architecture • Build SaaS solutions in .NET using WCF technologies. • Lead teams of .NET developers to build WCF based solutions that need to work with disparate technologies and components - FLEX, ASP.NET, PHP, Java, etc. • Build enterprise architecture in the e-commerce space. Work with other Solution Architects to design systems and applications. • Overall, responsible for timeline/budget, architecture, development, integration, implementation, solution delivery and support. • Requires experience in leading multiple project teams, estimation and project planning, coordinating with QA and deployment teams, and in handling support escalations. • Design and document relational data structures and object models for enterprise solutions. • Represents an assigned business unit and provides business and technical expertise across projects for benchmarking and best practices. • Perform impact and system analysis based on business requirements. • Perform software build vs. buy analysis. • Work with technology partners to integrate internally developed and commercial software solutions. • Collaborate with technical teams in the exchange and transfer of technical knowledge and in the development and evolution of architecture standards and guidelines.

Experience & Skills • Proven experience building highly UX and design focused web applications that addict users & are loved by all � in a startup environment. • Ability to adapt, pivot and DELIVER in a fast paced, delivery-oriented environment. • 8+ years development experience • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent • Amazingly hard worker � you live and breathe long hours and weekends • Resourceful � you find a way to get it done when it needs to be done.
