Video: Balluminaria 2009 lights up Cincinnati

One of the best, and lesser-known, events in Cincinnati is Balluminaria. Yeah, they're low-tech, but see how these tried and true flying machines lit up Eden Park on Nov. 21. The annual event helps kick off the holiday season festivities and has grown in popularity over the years, according to park officials.
